15 hour Self Myofascial Release (SMR) Certification Course
Class Overview
The Self Myofascial Release (SMR) course is suitable for anyone interested in body rolling either for personal inquiry or for teaching this modality to others. In this course we will cover: Anatomy of Fascia, fundamentals of SMR, benefits & precautions, SMR techniques from foot to neck (including simple stretches), and how to put together a specific SMR routine.
Curriculum
Each session will include a relevant lecture on specific topics, teacher lead SMR classes, small group and partner work, and 2 hours of at-home work. Upon completion of this course you will receive a certification. You will be led through a dynamic, yet playful course that is sure to have you in awe of your body and excited to share all that you learned with others.
