I have built a strong reputation as the “go to” person for all things “stretch” related. I often help people through injuries, chronic stress, joint limitations and much more.
My journey to get to this point in my life has been full of pain, suffering, joy and pleasure. The paradox is real but through daily and varied movement practices, breathing exercises and mindfulness self-compassion work, I am able to find peace with whatever is in front of me. I have a deep connection to the healing benefits of a yoga practice and have personally used yoga, resistance training, breathwork and meditation as the doorway to help heal my own body. Over time, I have cultivated both the wisdom and resources to assist others in their struggles.
