Deep stretch Yoga class – 8 week series

Starts Tuesday Sept 12th 11am – 12noon (ends Oct. 31st)
This 8 week deep stretch yoga series is set in a slow-paced environment and incorporates breath work, along with longer held postures to help improve flexibility through out the whole body. This deep stretch series
is ideal for students of all levels, especially those who are particularly stiff or just simply want to get a well-balanced, full body stretch. Not suited for students dealing with any major injuries.
