In this 3 hour yoga practice you will spend time exploring different ways to strengthen your back body, which will help you open the front of your body and better serve you in attempting a variety of different backbends.
This practice will include: short lecture, repetitive (warming) movements, backbends of all levels, with workshop components and adequate time for relaxation. All levels are welcome, however prior yoga experience is a must and students can not be dealing with any injuries or illnesses.
Get ready to balance, roll, slide, push, pull, jump, and stretch your way through this 2 hour yoga class, that’s sure to leave you feeling sweaty & energized. Lauren has built this class with the intention of introducing you to fun, different, functional ways of moving your body. These rebellious moves are great for strengthening & awakening all the different areas & systems within your body. Lauren not only promises to bring her infectious joy of yoga & movement together but also her deep appreciation for breath work and relaxation. This class is open to all levels of people, not dealing with any major injury or illness. Must come with an open mind & playful heart. Class will fill up fast, so please pre-register.
