Join Lauren Roegele at Barre Fitness South Surrey for a special myofascial roll and release class. In this 60min class you will incorporate both body rolling (using provided equipment) along with yoga postures to help release physical restrictions, flush out excess toxins, increase circulation & lymphatic movement, help increase joint mobility and promote relaxation.
This class is suitable for all levels and will include a guided practice, short relevant information on what is fascia, breathing exercises and relaxation. The perfect compliment to your other activities.
