Breath as Medicine 2.0 Workshop

Breathing is one of the most important physical functions our body performs. Optimally oxygenating our body can facilitate healing from a long list of conditions, including chronic pain, digestive disorders, asthma, depression and a wide selection of stress-related disorders. In this 2-hour yoga clinic Lauren will introduce simple, effective breathing exercises along with simple yoga postures to assist you with managing the inevitable stresses of life.
This workshop will include relevant lecture, breathing exercises, simple movements & yoga postures, along with a some practice at home tips/tricks you can take with you. This workshop is open to all levels of practitioners and is a revised version of this workshop that was presented a few years ago.
